It's the semi-final of the Great British Bake Off, and the remaining bakers are desperate to claim their place in the final. They know they are just three patisserie challenges away from the biggest day in their baking lives. First comes the Signature, and there's a deceptively simple challenge with Paul and Prue looking for perfection. The heat is on with Prue's complex, multi-layered Technical.
