Cake Week
CBC's The Great Canadian Baking Show returns with 10 of the country's most passionate bakers. They enter the iconic white baking tent to face Cake Week and a series of challenges designed to reveal their skills and knowledge.

Biscuits and Bars Week
It's Biscuits and Bars Week, and the bakers have a chance to show off their ability and creativity. During the Signature Bake, they are tasked with making 24 dessert bars, featuring three distinct layers.

Bread Week
Bread Week finds the bakers elbow-deep in dough as they tackle a series of challenges. For the Signature Challenge, they have an opportunity to showcase their creativity when they are asked to make free-form quick bread.

International Week
This week, the seven remaining bakers push themselves with challenges that feature flavours, textures and techniques from around the world.

Pastry Week
This week, the remaining six bakers revel in Pastry Week and the opportunity to showcase their creativity.

Chocolate Week
It's Chocolate Week and the five remaining bakers seize the opportunity to make a statement with delectable chocolate creations.

French Patisserie Week
The remaining four bakers must face French Patisserie Week, one of the most demanding weeks in the tent.

Finale
The final three bakers return to the tent for the final showdown.
