A new group of talented amateur bakers from across Canada enter the tent for Season 5. Week 1 is Cake Week with three mouth-watering challenges.

Cookie Week
Only eight bakers can continue after completing three tough cookie challenges.

Celebration Week
The baking tent gets festive for the first-ever Celebration Week with challenges themed to holidays and special occasions.

Bread Week
The seven remaining bakers must prove they can rise to the occasion.

Pies and Tarts Week
This week the remaining six bakers must excel at pastry and not flake out.

Caramel Week
Five bakers face off in Caramel Week in the Baking Tent with three bakes dedicated to everything sticky and sweet.

Patisserie Week
Only four bakers remain for the delicately delicious Patisserie Week and their last bid to make it to the finale.

Finale Week
The final three bakers return to the tent for the final bakes of the season to determine who will win The Great Canadian Baking Show!

Holiday Special
Four bakers from seasons past return to the tent, competing for the chance to become Holiday Star Baker.
