Contestants include the Richardson family and their collection of 300 inflatables in Madison, Mississippi; the Vaughan family with their whimsical wire frame forest in Alexandria, Virginia; the Salveson-Sangalli family and their holiday display of 72 themed Christmas trees in Port St. Lucie, Florida; and the Hanley family with their larger-than-life ranch display in Cleveland, Texas. Judge Taniya Nayak decides who is awarded $50,000 and the coveted Light Fight trophy.

Episode 2
Contestants include the Heide family's Long Island lawn, filled with blow molds and collectables in Merrick, New York; the Strycharz family's rockin' light show with thousands of synchronized lights in Wethersfield, Connecticut; the Watchorn family with their maze of decor made from used tires, old wire spools and torn inflatables in Ponca, Nebraska; and the Menashe family with their traditional holiday display in Seattle, Washington. Judge Carter Oosterhouse decides who walks away with $50,000 and the Light Fight trophy.

Episode 3
Families compete in the first-ever "Heavyweights" episode, featuring displays that have grown too large for any home. Judge Carter Oosterhouse decides who will win $50,000 and the coveted Light Fight trophy.

Episode 4
Four festive families showcase their displays, including the Mure family's massive Christmas block party; the Baus family's Disney World Christmas wonderland; the Mack family's Halloween-haunted labyrinth turned Christmas wonderland; and the Taylor-Goldstein family's 60-foot live Douglas Fir. Judge Taniya Nayak decides who walks away with $50,000 and the coveted Light Fight trophy.

All-Stars
Celebrating the most incredible Christmas displays from the past five seasons on the show. The special episode highlights past competitors by featuring different categories of displays for an all-star lineup.

Episode 6
Four festive families from across the country showcase their spectacular displays, including the Medhurst family from Greeley, Colorado; the Gilley family from Ballplay, Alabama; the Chuchla house in Phoenix, Arizona; and the Smith family, in Temecula, California. Judge Carter Oosterhouse chooses the winner of $50,000 and the coveted Light Fight trophy.

Episode 7
The festivities conclude with the Peace family and their pirate-themed light show in Escondido, California; the Schmidt family with their carousel house in Waco, Texas; the Chmielewski family with their amusement park display in Bismarck, North Dakota; and the Yoast family with their giant bulb garden in Ambler, Pennsylvania. Judge Taniya Nayak decides who walks away with $50,000 and the coveted Light Fight trophy.
