Joiner Grant and lettings agent Kelly are paired up to transform a three-floor period terrace in Llanymynech.

Episode 2
Carpenter Chris and electrician Jorrell get paired up and are given a three-bedroom detached house in the mining village of Wednesbury in the West Midlands. They have six months and a budget of £35,000 to turn a profit. But the renovation game is a gamble and with the UK housing market in freefall, will they get the renovation over the line before yet another interest rate hike?

Episode 3
Glamour model Alaw and technical engineer Harri are paired up to transform a one-bed terrace in Aberoer, Wrexham, into a house that would attract a first-time buyer.

Episode 4
Data analyst Joel and roofer Ricky get given a one-bed terrace cottage in Castle Donington, Leicestershire, and a budget of £20,000 to realise their dreams of finally owning their own homes. After a cracking start, the build is left until the very last minute - by which everything in the housing market has changed. Is it a case of too little too late?

Episode 5
Electrician Jedd and groundworker Cameron are paired up and given a small terraced home in a sought-after area of Bristol. They have six months and a budget of £30,000 to make it an attractive buy in a booming first-time buyer's market. Against presenter Simon O'Brien's advice, they make the brave decision to sacrifice a bedroom and turn it from a three-bed to a two-bed starter home.

Episode 6
Teacher Leon and estate agent Dafydd are given a three-storey Georgian terrace in Swansea to transform, in the hope of making enough money to buy their own forever homes.

Episode 7
In Clynderwen in Pembrokeshire, nurse Ffion and fundraiser Georgia are given a two-bedroom terraced house to fix up and flip, but the house is full of stuff and two whole weeks are spent just clearing it. And with the UK property market about to take a nosedive, will it be worth their while?

Episode 8
Retail supervisor Kim and plumber Gary get paired up and are given a two-bed Victorian terraced house in Stockton-on-Tees. It's a probate house so hasn't been touched in years, but despite the neglect the house has weathered well. It's a straightforward renovation, but with just one trade between them, does one half of the duo end up doing more than the other?

Episode 9
Handyman Ned and estate agent Josh are paired up to transform a tired three-bed terrace in Crosby, Merseyside, into the ideal first-time buyer's house. It's in the right location - close to shops and amenities - but a wonky outside wall left it languishing on the market for a long time. Bought at auction at a bargain basement price, it's all to go for as long as the market stays buoyant. Ned and Josh need all their know-how to bring the house up to scratch in six months.

Episode 10
Fashion stylist Karan is paired up with painter-decorator Zoe and given a terraced house in the Birmingham borough of Ladywood. The terrace has been used as a cannabis farm, and one of their first jobs is to take all the drug-growing paraphernalia to the dump. Can they dispel the old and welcome in the new and turn a tidy profit along the way?

Simon O'Brien presents, as events coordinator Nikkola and telecommunications engineer Duane find themselves overlooking Halifax in an old stone terrace in Queensbury.

Episode 12
Simon O'Brien presents, as carpenter Gareth and electrician Dan are paired up and given six months to transform a four-bedroom detached stone cottage in the village of Pennant in Ceredigion. They get it cheap at auction, but there's a reason - the gable wall is about to fall down. Will a £50k renovation budget and their invaluable building skills be enough to transform the place into something fit for 21st-century living?

Simon O'Brien presents, as spray painter Andrew and electrician Chris take on a house in a sought-after Chester suburb. They get off to a cracking start but start falling out after Andrew spray paints everything in sight... will the delay in the schedule cost them?

Episode 14
Simon O'Brien presents, as sales manager Shantelle and telecommunications engineer Kieran are given a four-bedroom house in the sought-after town of Melbourne in Derbyshire. It has the makings of a good family home with gardens front and back. With help from Kieran's builder stepdad, can they transform the property and turn a tidy profit?

Episode 15
Simon O'Brien presents, as plasterer Stuart and student Reece get paired up to renovate a two-bedroom red brick terrace in Derby. Despite having just one trade between them, they resolve to do everything themselves in order to maximise their chances of making a profit. The student-teacher relationship soon turns into a bromance as both men do their utmost to make the most of the opportunity. Will they make enough to get their own deposits on their own homes?
