Cake Week
Ten new bakers will be put to the test in a brand-new bake barn located on the beautiful West Coast. Vertical challenges will see some bakers slip, and others rise.

Biscuit Week
It's a battle of the bickies, with a melt in your mouth signature, a tricky sticky tea cake technical and tall order chandelier showstopper that sees one baker's ambitious plans crumble away.

Aotearoa Week
In Aotearoa week, the bakers must put a Kiwi twist on the brownie, the kitchen is split in a savoury technical bake, and creativity peaks as our bakers attempt edible New Zealand landmarks.

Fresh Week
Fresh is the theme for the final six bakers, from vegan delights to show-stopping pies, ending with the most emotional farewell to date.

Dairy Week
It's dairy week! Which of our five remaining bakers will be cream of the crop? A technical wobble sees one of our bakers crack, and picture perfect showstoppers have our judges facing their toughest decision yet.

Bread Week

Chocolate Week
Chocolate week is chock-a-block full of surprises as our semi-finalists attempt adventurous chocolate bars, get fond of fondant and create the most delectable double tier chocolate showstoppers!

Grand Final
Season Finale: It's the grand final and our top bakers embark on their toughest challenge yet! Who will win the title for 2021?

Before joining the CBS family -- and being officially adopted by network president Les Moonves -- Colbert helmed The Colbert Report, which aired nearly 1,500 episodes and required Stephen to wear nearly 1,500 different neckties. The program received two Peabody Awards, two Grammy Awards, and several unwelcome shoulder massages. It won two Emmys for Outstanding Variety Series in 2013 and 2014, both of which appear to have been lost in the move. Colbert is pronounced koʊlˈbɛər, according to Wikipedia. His understudy is William Cavanaugh, who will be hosting The Late Show approximately one-third of the time. Good luck, Bill!
