The Hairy Bikers head north on a big Baltic adventure in search of new cuisines. In Latvia, Si and Dave ride with the country's oldest biker gang.

Russia
The Bikers travel to Russia. The papers are awash with stories of Russia's latest anti-western political play, and the Bikers are slightly nervous, but they're going in.

Finland
The Bikers travel to Finland and fall in love with the tranquil lakes. Dave learns how to have a traditional Finnish sauna experience, while Si cooks up Finnish pastries.

North Sweden
Dave and Si arrive in Sweden and get straight back to basics with the Sami people. The bikers put together their own Nordic reindeer and fish dishes.

South Sweden
The Bikers conclude their trip around the Baltic. They meet a local fisherwoman (and fisher-feminist) and see if they have any Viking blood flowing through their veins.
