On day four of the challenge the volunteers have barely eaten when SAS expert Lofty Wiseman puts them through a 5-mile hike and a raft-building exercise. Adam Krug falls into the icy waters of Loch Ness, and there's the horrors of the Phobia Tank, full of spiders, snakes and scorpions.
