The Shunning
Katie Lapp is known in her Amish community for not always adhering to the strict rules of the religious township. When she discovers her parents have long kept secret the fact she was adopted and that her birth mother is trying to contact her, she brings great shame to her father by refusing to marry the town's bishop.
