Alex Polizzi is on the Lincolnshire coast to help couple Mark and Liz who have recently taken on Sea Air Bed & Breakfast, a seven-bedroom 1930s former hotel with breakfast room in the seaside village of Chapel St Leonards, near Skegness. Liz and Mark invested every penny of their savings to fund the new B&B, to start a new life beside the seaside with their daughter Ella.
It's the height of summer in Skegness, a seaside hotspot that attracts nearly two million visitors a year, all in need of accommodation for their summer breaks.Just two months in, the pair have barely unpacked, and are already low on resources.
