After an enthusiastic start, a health set-back for Mark means Liz is left flying solo - another challenge for the couple's morale.
Alex encourages the couple to think fast to maximise profit over the summer months. Some clever packages and an uplift for the dire dining room gives the hotel a fighting chance of surviving the winter months.
