Episode 1
Matt joins housing officer Andrew Weavers in Suffolk and discovers a tenant who, for the past five years, has become a prisoner in his own bedroom. In Havering, John and Shane are on the hunt for council tax evaders, while in Jaywick, Matt and housing officer Rob meet an unfortunate tenant forced to share her property with rats. Plus an oversized garden fish tank presents a potential headache for housing officers in Newcastle.

Episode 2
Matt helps a housing officer assist a tenant whose hoarding habit is threatening to spiral out of control, causing problems for both himself and his neighbours. An escalating neighbour dispute in Suffolk drags housing officer Andrew Weavers to an estate in Stowmarket. In Stroud, the council discover that mould is threatening to take over one of their properties, leaving housing officers facing one of their biggest ever challenges.

Episode 3
Matt catches up with an old friend but discovers that although the state of his property has improved, his behaviour might inadvertently be putting his neighbours in danger. In Romford, housing officers, a tenant and his unfortunate neighbours discover what happens when a garden fire gets out of control. In Stroud, Matt gets suited and booted to investigate a flea-infested property. While in Suffolk, one tenant takes the law into his own hands when parking.

Episode 4
Matt gets a surprise in Stroud when an eviction takes a shocking turn. In Jaywick, things turn violent for housing officers Ian and Rob as they investigate a fly-tipping incident. While in Lewisham, a visit to a supposedly empty property by housing officer Grace reveals an extraordinary discovery. Plus Matt gets a taste of life in sheltered accommodation, where a keep-fit class leaves him breathless.

Episode 5
Matt takes a break from his usual trek through problem properties to explore the world of social housing on the Isles of Scilly. Despite the picturesque surroundings, he finds the task for tenants of finding a suitable and affordable home brings its own unique set of challenges.

We meet two families in Wiltshire who are looking to change their lives by swapping their homes. In Stroud, a newly vacated property reveals an alarming colour scheme, and in Newcastle, housing officers investigate whether one of their tenants has been a victim of a garden land-grab.
Matt also meets a 91-year-old resident in Aylesbury who is hoping to face a warmer winter now her coal fire has been swapped for radiators.

Episode 9
In Stroud, housing officer Joe faces one of the biggest challenges of his career as he is forced to carry out five evictions in just one day.
In Wiltshire, Matt meets a worried mother facing an uncertain future who fears her son may become homeless without her.
And in Essex, housing officers struggle to control a tenant's hoarding habit that may be putting his fellow residents in danger.

Episode 10
Matt Allwright travels to Aylesbury to meet a tenant who is looking to make a fresh start after being evicted and rehoused on the same day.
In Newcastle, Matt learns all about one housing association's unique new system to combat antisocial behaviour and sees its results in action.
And in Stroud, an eviction proves a puzzling experience for Matt and the housing officers.

Matt Allwright hits the streets in Havering, London, on the trail of suspected tenancy fraud. In Newcastle, housing officer Laura encounters a sticky situation when she investigates an empty house. And Matt is faced with two challenging cases of antisocial behaviour where noisy neighbours are making life a misery for tenants. But he soon discovers there are two sides to every story.

In Wiltshire, there is a race against time for expectant parents to find a home for their new baby. In Stroud, a mother and daughter's house is facing extensive renovation after 40 years of neglect. Matt Allwright is in Stroud where, during a routine tenant visit, he learns the average day of a housing officer can be anything but routine. In Suffolk, one man's spot of garden DIY is causing headaches for neighbours. In Havering, London, a serious case of antisocial behaviour leaves a tenant facing eviction. And housing officer Lindsay faces a race against time to rescue abandoned pets trapped in an empty flat.

Matt Allwright joins housing officers in Tendring, Essex, to investigate a property that might be putting its tenant's lives in danger. In Rotherham, a unique new scheme might present a lifeline for young homeless men. In Havering, London, we see how antisocial behaviour can have serious effects on neighbouring tenants.

Matt Allwright is on the beat in Havering with the council's fraud team. While in Tendring, housing officers are faced with fly-tipping that is threatening the safety of local residents. Matt meets a mum whose family is having to be relocated thanks to particularly pungent problem. In Stroud, an abandoned property in a sheltered-housing scheme is causing a big headache for housing officers.
