When a teddy bear filled with narcotics is stopped at the post office, Amanda and visiting Inspector Eric Lin decide to run a controlled delivery to catch the criminal in the act. To their surprise the package was delivered to Chloe Robinson, a stay-at-home mom with no criminal history. The Inspectors aren't sure if she can be trusted, but they enlist Chloe's help to catch the bad guys. Meanwhile, a school-wide "meme" competition is consuming Preston and Noah.
