Preston Wainwright tries to deal with a new obnoxious roommate, his best friend Noah.

Preston helps his best friend Noah as he tries to make a half-court shot to win a $50,000 scholarship. Meanwhile, Amanda goes after a psychic who scammed a family friend.

Preston meets a cute girl at school, but she proves overbearing. Meanwhile, Amanda searches for a con artist who lies to elderly victims about winning the lottery and tricks them into sending him checks.

Tommy files first tax return and gets flagged by IRS. Preston convinces Noah to let Veronica use his car for her driver's license retest.

Amanda and Mitch are determined to find whoever is defrauding grieving families of military members. Noah and Preston try to pledge a fraternity and Preston objects to any favorable treatment because he's in a wheelchair.

Amanda connects with someone online who is using subterfuge to scam lonely types on a dating site. Preston tries out for the school's archery team and thinks he made it but the coach states his disability won't allow it.

Franklin rescues a fellow carrier being viciously assaulted, but the criminal escapes. Mitch, Amanda and Franklin work with a sketch artist to find him. Preston reluctantly tutors Veronica's boyfriend athlete Brian but learns he cheats.

Amanda and Mitch lead the investigation into the menacing mail the dean at Jamestown University is receiving. Veronica moves from her parent's home so Preston and Noah help her but her new lodgings are on the scary side.

Inspectors Amanda and Mitch must move fast when someone targets medical staffers when deadly envelopes of Ricin. Preston and Noah learn of the proposed closing of their college's hangout so they lead a group to stop it.

Preston's friend Noah wants the perfect birthday gift for his dad, a sports fanatic. Noah buys a signed Marino jersey from dealer Mr. Ellison. Amanda and Mitch are currently investigating Ellison for defrauding collectors.
