Jennie takes her passion for design to the next level as she tackles the gut renovation of a 1970's ranch home in Studio City, California. She kickstarts work in the living room where a costly repair price forces Jennie to reevaluate her plan and inspires a complete transformation.

Ahead of the Curb
Jennie pushes the envelope with her design choices to give the front curb a major lift. A bold decision comes with complications, proving to be a learning experience for both Jennie and her contractor, Scott.

A Family Affair
Jennie hopes to create a welcoming place for her visitors, so she's building a guest suite, complete with its own private garden. But the pressure is on, when family drops in to lend their opinions on their new home away from home.

Custom Creations
Jennie wants to build a forever home for her girls, beginning with their dream bedrooms. She gets hands-on reshaping the living quarters of the house to make three unique, custom rooms.

For Jennie, the kitchen is the heart of the house and she wants it to shine, but a couple odd angles make finding the center of this room difficult.

A Room of One's Own
For the first time in her life, Jennie is designing a master bedroom for one. She finds joy in personalizing her own space complete with a custom closet fit for a leading lady.

A Tub with a View
Jennie's dream of a sleek master bath becomes Scott's nightmare when a few incorrect measurements create big design challenges.

Indoor Out
Nearing the finish on the interior, Jennie's inspired to make the outdoors just as livable.

Pools' Out for Summer
Jennie designs a posh, new pool complete with an infinity edge view that goes on for miles, but her patience wears thin when her backyard turns into an epic dig.

Wreck Room
As move-in day approaches, Jennie's momentum to finish the house is stalled when the family room becomes a construction office catchall.
