Episode 1
The team is under pressure to hit its targets for the month and Jane's newest recruit, Phil, is feeling the pressure. There's a crisis for industrial recruiter Carlos, as one of the agency's largest clients needs 60 workers within three hours.

Episode 2
The agency faces a crisis as four Phil's temp workers fail to turn up to work for one of their biggest clients. To make matters worse, Phil's off sick, leaving Jane and the rest of the team to pick up the pieces.

Episode 3
After Phil's surprise resignation, the team is under undue pressure as the extra workload builds. Meanwhile, Jane has caught another member of her team repeatedly complaining about work on social media.

Episode 4
Boss Jane is facing a tough time with the business struggling. In an attempt to turn things around, she manages to get a meeting with Bradford City Football Club to win a contract to supply them with match day stewards.
