Stuart, who's 55 and has a background in takeaway pizza 'dip pots' and Scotch eggs, is desperate to land the job but faces stiff competition from 26-year-old restaurant manager and enthusiastic foodie Calum. As the interview builds to its climax, Stuart and Calum go head-to-head in a blind sausage tasting. And luxury spa Champneys are looking for a receptionist to bring an air of calm efficiency to their flagship resort in Hertfordshire.
