Episode 1
It's the first day of a new trial and Sikh schoolboy Duvinder Singh is accused of the shocking murder of a 15-year-old classmate. The beginning of the trial sees the various members of the jury prepare for the stress of this high profile case.

Episode 2
On the second day of the highly publicised trial, the jurors encounter the media hype and Duvinder suffers abuse at the hands of one of the prison wardens.

Episode 3
Duvinder is praying in the corner of his cell. It is his first day in the witness box. Rose gets up early, trying not to wake husband Len, and creeps out of the bedroom to pack her bag for another day in court.

Episode 4
In the Young Offenders Prison, Duvinder is taunted about the approaching cross examination by prosecution Q.C Gerald Lewis who is known as 'the bastard of the Bailey'.

Episode 5
Jeremy takes the boys to school - their clothes are ragged, and he feels ashamed. On the spur of the moment, he phones Mark Waters and tells him he wants to go in on the deal.

Episode 6
Eddie finds Johnnie on the floor of his flat in a terrible state. Meanwhile, Rose packs her bag and leaves Len once and for all. How will he carry on without her? The jury deliver their verdict on Duvinder.
