Pilot
As the Depression of the mid 1930's wears on, studio owner Pat Brady and producer Monroe Stahr clash over threats from the German Nazi government to prohibit any of their pictures from being shown in Germany without certain, specific edits. Stahr is furious with Brady's concession to the Nazis that threatens his pet project, a film about his late wife. Meanwhile, Brady's daughter Celia sets her eyes on Stahr, and a job at the studio.
