World War II begins, and the military asks Charles "Lucky" Luciano to secure the New York docks and aid the invasion of Sicily. After the war, the Navy pressures Thomas Dewey to free Luciano. Dewey agrees... deporting Luciano to Italy.

Luciano takes over Vito Genovese's heroin ring in Italy; Genovese and Gambino plot against mob leadership.

New York: End Game
Vito Genovese and Carlo Gambino make their move; when Genovese becomes a liability, Luciano must choose his successor.
