Rebecca & Kristy drive to San Antonio to check out a foreclosure that an investor friend scored at auction & is now trying to wholesale to them. The house is a stale time capsule from the 1970s complete with dirty shag carpet, a big termite problem.
Abandonment Issues
Kristy and Rebecca ride their bikes through the backroads of Burnett in the Hill Country to check out a two-story, abandoned house in the woods. It's an unfinished renovation that's seen better days, but with a low price and great comps.
