The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries (1983-1984)

It introduces viewers to a young group of cadets who come together to pursue a common dream of hope and optimism. The Agency follows Martian, a covert CIA agent ordered to abandon his undercover life and return to London Station. When the love he left behind reappears, romance reignites.
