Sisters Coleen, Linda, Maureen and Anne cruise around the Mediterranean together on a luxury ship. The holiday kicks off as the ladies trade Blackpool for Genoa. They discuss dating again after bereavement, sex post-40 and changing careers after life in pop music.

Episode 2
The ship makes its first stop in Palermo, Sicily. Cannoli, the Godfather and the Catholic church are on the menu and the ladies encounter strange appendages on a city tour.

Episode 3
The musical siblings are in the mood for dancing in the streets, shopping and getting tattoos as they hit the French port of Marseille.

Episode 4
In Barcelona, Linda gets set up on a dating app to help in her search for romance after losing the love of her life. And, the ladies reflect on their past loves and losses.

Episode 5
Sisters Coleen, Linda, Maureen and Anne visit a restaurant with a special connection to their favourite singer, Frank Sinatra. They discuss money problems and touring with Ol' Blue Eyes.

Episode 6
In Palermo, Nolan Sisters Coleen, Linda, Maureen and Anne reminisce about their childhood. Plus, Linda and Anne look at their post-cancer bodies and Maureen and Coleen have a cooking lesson.
