Matt and Alex are joined by some of the biggest names in music, including Sir Elton John, Kylie Minogue and Gary Barlow. There's a mini garden party for the Military Wives Choir with the snacks prepared by Heston Blumenthal. And all this is broadcast from a double decker One Show bus.
