A series of mishaps leaves Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm substituting for their fathers in the race.

The gang and their parents take over and run the city while Pebbles tries to get the workers back by throwing a picnic.

Thinking that Mrs. Gruesome may have the gift with her, the gang then crashes a Gruesome family reunion, and Bamm-Bamm is mistaken for a cat burglar.
