Dorm Room Dining
Ree Drummond is sharing some great ideas for simple, minimal-prep dorm room food made with basic tools, such as Waffle Maker Pizzas, Paninis and Quesadillas. Next, she shows how to use a Zipper Bag to make a great Caesar Salad and Fruit Salad. A microwave stands in for an oven to make Chocolate Cake in a Mug, and dinner can be made in a flash with her spicy Tea Kettle Noodle Soup.

Party in the Fridge
Ree Drummond is stocking the fridge with some make-ahead dishes for a cocktail party, including Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce and a classic Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Salted Pita Wedges. For an elegant platter, she puts together Caprese Skewers with a balsamic drizzle, and finally mixes up fresh and fizzy Honeydew Spritzers.

Christmas Goodies
It's just a few days before Christmas, and Ree Drummond is making a slew of Christmas goodies as gifts. They come in all flavors, shapes and sizes, from savory to sweet. On the sweet side, there are Christmas Cherries cookies and festive Christmas Cake Cookies, Homemade Gumdrops and Chocolate-Caramel-Pecan Pretzel Bites. Then, for savory bites, Ree's making Cayenne Cheese Straws and Sweet Spicy Smokey Roasted Almonds.

Anniversary
It's Ree Drummond and her husband Ladd's anniversary, so to celebrate she's cooking a meal for the whole family. She prepares a fabulous Prime Rib for Five with Chimichurri Sauce, along with sides of Colorado Wedge Salad with Buttermilk Dressing, crispy Hasselback Potatoes, and Rustic Country Bread with Honey Butter.

Meatless Marvels
Ree Drummond has stocked her kitchen with all the ingredients to make some of her favorite meatless meals, and she's whipping up Broccoli Cheese Baked Potatoes, Greek Grilled Eggplant Steaks and Roasted Vegetable Panzanella. More meat-free goodness comes with Italian Cornbread and Tofu Lettuce Wraps.

Hay Day
It's high summer and Ree Drummond's family has got a long, sweltering afternoon of hauling hay at her brother-in-law's house, so she's making dinner for both families with Sticky Spicy Slow-Cooked Ribs and a cheesy Hominy Casserole -- a cowboy classic. On the side is Ladd's grandmother's legendary Broccoli Salad, then Ree's Ice Cream Layer Cake for dessert.

Simple Meals
It's all about stunning five ingredient meals, and up first is Ree Drummond's Chicken Fennel Bake. Next, three varieties of sheet pan suppers: Sausage, Spanish Baked Salmon, and Teriyaki Pork. Then, there's Spaghetti Carbonara, Eggs in Tomatoes, and last but not least, a dreamy Veggie Tortellini Soup.

For Pete's Sake
Cowboy Pete's had a long, hard summer working on the farm, so Ree Drummond is making a Tex-Mex dinner to thank him and his family. First on the menu is Carnitas, along with a refreshing Mango Salad. Then, cowboy favorite Cheesy Refried Bean Casserole and spicy Guacamole with a Kick!

Double Game Day
Ree Drummond's family is football crazy, and her and Ladd's alma maters are playing on TV, so she's preparing a game night spread: Kicked Up Spicy Wings with a cool Blue Cheese Dip, Quick Chili, Make-Ahead Sandwich Rolls, a Potato Skins Bar and divine Salted Pretzel Brownies.

Special Day
Ree Drummond's daughter Paige is spending the day watching some of the younger kids, so Ree packs them some fun treats for a late-afternoon picnic. She makes Animal Crackers, Crunchy Cereal Chicken Fingers, Cucumber Finger Sandwiches, Salad on a Stick and Watermelon Mini Wedges.

Four Shades of Chocolate
Ree Drummond is whipping up the most decadent chocolate treats from white chocolate all the way down to dark! There's White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake, Dipped and Decorated Waffle Cones, Milk Chocolate Mousse and, to top it all off, a Chocolate Orange Martini.

Kitchen Confessional: Four Seasons on the Ranch
Ree Drummond is giving the lowdown on how her life and food change during the different seasons on the ranch. She makes a Red Wine Pot Roast for the icy winter months, then Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad for the spring. High summer means Grilled Chicken Tacos with Strawberry Salsa, and for the fall, nothing beats Carrot and Squash Curry Soup.

Feeding 101
While Ree Drummond's husband, Ladd, gives a lesson on feeding the ranch's cattle, Ree's in the kitchen cooking up three comforting make-ahead meals. She makes Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole, Tex-Mex Tamale Pie with a spicy beef filling, and a big pan of hearty Bean and Bacon Soup.
