Ree Drummond and her family are celebrating Ladd's birthday, so Ree's cooking all his favorite foods for dinner. There's steak, of course -- a juicy, rare Filet with Roasted Garlic Butter. She pairs it with Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes and a fun cowboy-style Chopped Salad Board. Ladd adores chocolate cake, and Ree has a brilliant cake hack: making everything ahead of time for a Birthday Cake Freezer, then turning her kit into a stunning tiered celebration cake in minutes. The sky's the skillet as Ree Drummond opens up her book of skillet stories, cooking up new dishes in trusty pans while her kids join her to film. Chapter one is a Strawberry Almond Pan Cake that's as beautiful as it is delicious. Chapter two's Breakfast Totchos start the day in a brilliant shortcut way. Chapter three is an unbelievable Upside-Down Red Cheesy Pizza, and chapter four is Tortellini Puttanesca, a total one-pan wonder.

Ree Drummond is at home on the ranch and making recipes just for two. For sharing, there's a juicy Cajun T-Bone Steak with Lemon Pepper Shoestring Fries on the side.
