Burnin' Down the Barn
With two barns to burn down and hungry workers to feed, Ree's getting them all fired up with delicious Good Morning Muffins for breakfast. There's a real ranch favorite for lunch, Chicken Spaghetti with Apple, Pecan and Blue Cheese Salad. When the work is done, Ree has a special treat to cool off the fire starters -- fabulous and fun Frozen Pops!

All Work and Some Play
A rancher's work is never done, especially when there's fence to fix, and today the crew needs some serious sustenance. Ree fixes them Homemade Glazed Doughnuts and later she delivers a rib-sticking lunch of Ranch Chicken Sandwiches to the workers. After the day of hard work, the family enjoys a well-deserved evening of fun and fishing at the pond, where Ree serves up the perfect refreshment: Raspberry Lemonade.

Paige and Friends
Ree holds a slumber party for Paige and her four very best friends. They kick off their day of fun with Cinnamon Baked French Toast before they go horse riding on the ranch. Ree delivers them a picnic by the creek with Prairie Sushi and Kid Friendly Pasta Salad. Then there's some soccer to play and a seriously fun treat up at the lodge, decorating Hand Cookies, the perfect end to their day of prairie adventures.

Eating for One
With the family away for the weekend, Ree can cook and eat all the food she really loves. She starts with a fresh and fabulous Gazpacho for lunch. After a few ranch chores there's indulgent Pasta With Pancetta and Leeks. The next day, with time ticking away, Ree whips up a real spicy favorite, Lazy Chiles Rellenos. There's time for one last treat, beautiful Bruschetta, before the crew arrive home and it's back to cowboy cooking.

Frontier Fiesta
It's fiesta time on the ranch, where Ree's creating a truly classic Mexican feast with Tequila Lime Chicken, Refried Black Beans, Mexican Rice Casserole and all the yummy fixings. Ladd's manning the grill and it's time to get the party started, with Mango and Virgin Margaritas, a gorgeous dinner on the porch, good friends to share the celebration with, and lots and lots of laughter.

Girl Time and Burger Time
With the boys away, it's quality time for the cowgirls! There's a beautiful veggie-packed Pasta Primavera for dinner, before it's time to get back to the real world; the guys are coming home, so dinner is a Drummond crowd-pleaser that's loved by cowboys and cowgirls alike, Perfect Bacon Cheeseburgers and Perfect French Fries.

Horsing Around
It's time to saddle up for a big day of horse riding on the ranch. Ree's handing out Granola Bars to the kids as they set off on horse back for a riding lesson with Josh and his uncle Lee. To say thank you, Ree's making a care package for Lee with a seriously good homemade ready-meal, Sloppy Joes and a tasty Carrot Cake for dessert.

Mike's Day Out
It's all about family, frontier fun and favorite foods, when Ree's brother Mike visits the ranch for the day. For lunch there are Simple Perfect Enchiladas that he's crazy for, with delicious Garlic Cilantro Lime Rice and Root Beer Floats doing double duty as dessert and drink. Then there's off-roading, ranch work, fishing and a take-home care package complete with marshmallow crispy treats.

Alex's Birthday
Alex is turning 15 and the Drummonds are celebrating with Iny's Prune Cake With Buttermilk Icing for birthday breakfast after an early morning in the saddle. Then, Ree's hosting a dinner party for Alex and her best friends with personalized New York Style Chopped Salad with an Herby Ranch Dressing, home baked Rosemary Focaccia and the cutest Flower Pot Desserts. Happy birthday, Alex!

B.F.F.
It's Ree's annual high school reunion and she's got 15 friends coming to the lodge to cut loose and have the most incredible fun and delicious food. The menu is all make ahead: there's Restaurant Style Salsa With Cheese Nachos for the beer drinkers, and Sundried Tomato Stuffed Mushrooms for the wine drinkers. For dinner, Spicy Lemon Garlic Shrimp with hot crusty bread followed by a fabulous Raspberry Tiramisu. Turn back the clock to the 1980s, there's going to be a riot at the ranch!

For Papa
Ladd's father, Chuck, has been honored with a Trail Boss Award so the Drummonds are throwing a big celebration dinner at the lodge. On the menu are Rib-Eye Steak With Onion Blue Cheese Sauce and Restaurant Style Smashed Potatoes. On the side, grilled Corn With Pasilla Butter. Then for dessert, a fabulous Strawberry Sparkle Cake inspired by Chuck's great-grandmother's recipe.

Make Hay While the Sun Shines
Hay season on the ranch means the family and cowboy Josh are working around the clock, so they need plenty of sustenance. Ree's delivering a well earned treat of tasty Monster Cookies. And when the work is done for the day she's whipping up a light delicious dinner of Easy Calzones With Homemade Marinara Sauce followed by a beautiful frozen Cherry and Pomegranate Sherbet, just the thing for the hungry hay haulers.

Family Favorites
Ladd and the kids have been up since first light shipping cattle, and Ree's rustling up a rib-sticking lunch of the kids' favorite foods. For Bryce, Salisbury Steak in tasty gravy. For Alex, Fettuccine Alfredo, and delicious sauteed sweet Peas and Carrots for Paige. Last but not least, for Todd, Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie it is. For a fun finale everyone has to guess which dish has their name on it -- will they get it right?
