Robby helps siblings navigate their elderly father's end of life care. Later, Samira fends off cops targeting a woman with a misunderstood condition.

9:00 A.M.
Samira does her best to keep Whitaker on the right track. A teen overdose sparks conflict in the ER.

10:00 A.M.
Bets are taken on the whereabouts of a stolen ambulance, while Santos learns a hard lesson, and Whitaker helps to tame "The Kraken."

11:00 A.M.
Both Santos and Collins deal with their own moral – and legal – quandaries. Samira's careful approach earns praise from patients – and reproach from Robby. Javadi unintentionally upends McKay's attempts to help an unhoused patient.

While Robby handles an ultimatum from the hospital, Mel, Javadi, and Collins each handle unique mother-daughter dynamics.

After examining an influencer with strange symptoms, Samira pushes back against Robby. Santos contends with a patient accused of assault.

After a staff debrief from Robby, Dana defuses a waiting room brawl, Whitaker finds common ground with "The Kraken," and McKay faces a crucial error.

With the Pitt down a staff member, Robby relies on his team to pick up the slack. Later, Santos finally voices her suspicions.

5:00 P.M.
As Collins guides a surrogate through a difficult delivery, Robby does his best to keep a developing staffing situation under wraps. Meanwhile, McKay confronts her ex's overstepping girlfriend, and Whitaker watches Samira sniff out a drug-seeking patient.

6:00 P.M.
When dozens of critical patients flood the ER, Robby and his team struggle to keep up amid quickly diminished supplies.

7:00 P.M.
As the night shift begins and the death toll rises, Robby refuses to give up on a mass casualty victim – even after Abbott intervenes. Unable to find an attending, Santos and Samira each attempt risky moves to save their patients' lives.

8:00 P.M.
As the ER begins to quiet down, Robby struggles to cope with a loss, while Abbott and Samira are challenged by a patient's rapidly deteriorating condition.

9:00 P.M.
Robby resorts to unorthodox methods to convince a father to allow treatment for his son. Later, Whitaker tracks down a missing patient.
