"Keen on Keane" It's Valentine's Day and the Girls notice that Ms. Keane is all alone. Time for a little matchmaking. But who will the lucky fella be? "Not So Awesome Blossom" After losing a battle with Mojo's robots (which Buttercup defeats) Blossom suddenly becomes a jinx and starts messing up everything.

Power-Noia
The Powerpuff Girls have to overcome their greatest fears after Him has brought them to life.

Monstra-City / Shut the Pup Up
"Monstra City" When all the Monsters move from Monster Isle to Townsville it's up to the Girls to keep the peace. "Shut the Pup Up" After witnessing a crime, Talking Dog stays at the Powerpuff Girls house for a while as part of a witness protection program.

Toast of the Town / Divide and Conquer
"Toast Of The Town" When the Mayor rubs on Chemical X on his head for hair growth, all of him grows and stomps through Townsville. "Divide and Conquer" After stealing a tangerine (orange) and watching it split up into different pieces the Amoeba Boys learn how to multiply and make duplicates of themselves.

Burglar Alarmed / Shotgun Wedding
"Burglar Alarmed" A new burglar comes to Townsville and his first robbery is at the house of...The Powerpuff Girls? "Shotgun Wedding" The Professor tries to figure out just what kind of species Fuzzy Lumpkins is, but when he accidentally gets covered in mud and flowers it makes him look like a Lumpkin which Fuzzy falls in love with and tries to marry.

Save Mojo / Substitute Creature
"Save Mojo" An animal activist group sets out to protect Mojo, ensuring that he can behave like the naturally evil monkey that he is. "Substitute Creature" When Ms. Keane gets sick she hires a substitute teacher named Mr.Green to run the class in her absence. Unfortunately because of his monstrous appearance the girls assume he's a bad guy and try to save their classmates from him.

The Boys Are Back in Town
Him is sick and tired of all the villains (including himself) failing in their never-ending plot to destroy the Powerpuff Girls, so he brings the Rowdyruff Boys back to life and stronger than ever.

Pee Pee G's / Boy Toys
"The Pee Pee G's" When the Girls wake up to discover their bed is wet, none want to admit that they are the guilty party. "Boy Toys" Princess interrupts a battle between the Powerpuff Girls and the Rowdyruff Boys. She tries to join the Rowdyruff Boys but they reject her, so out of pity the girls let Princess become a Powerpuff Girl.

Seed No Evil / City of Clipsville
"Seed No Evil" When a prehistoric Caveman thaws out in Townsville, the Girls must stop him from stealing the Mayor's seeds. "City of Clipsville" While cleaning out their closet the Powerpuff Girls reminisce on all the adventures they've had over the years.

Lying Around the House / Bubble Boy
"Lying Around the House" The Girls tell little white lies that turn into a big, bad problem. "Bubble Boy" While causing havoc in Townsville the Rowdyruff Boys tell Boomer to steal some candy for them.

A Documentary / Girls Gone Mild
"Documentary" A film student attempts to do a documentary on the Powerpuff Girls and learns that catching these superheroes at rest is harder than he thought. "Girls Gone Mild" When and organization called Parents Against Powerpuffs tell the Girls that their super-heroics are becoming too imitable for children, the Girls must hold back on fighting crime.

See Me, Feel Me, Gnomey
In this musical, the girls are outmatched by Townsville's villains. They turn to Gnomey to bring peace to Townsville in exchange for their powers, but, when the city falls under the rule of Communism, it's up to the girls to stop him.

Curses / Bang for Your Buck
"Curses" When Bubbles overhears the Professor saying some bad words, the Girls add a whole new slew of adjectives to their vocabulary. "Bang for Your Buck" When the Girls and the Gangreen Gang discover a destructo ray for sale at Mojo's Yard Sale, each team sets out to see who can earn the most money and buy it first.

Silent Treatment / Sweet n Sour
"The Silent Treatment" When the Girls go to see a silent movie with the Professor, they end up getting pulled into the film by the old time villain. "Sweet n Sour" A new group of criminals, which is a group of cute little animals robs Townsville blind. The girls try to stop them, but because of their innocent looks the animal criminals have the advantage.
