Ashmolean Museum of Art and Archaeology

The two teams pit their knowledgeable wits against each other in a series of rounds informed by the amazing contents of the museum.

Gallery of Hertford House
At the Great Gallery of Hertford House, home to the Wallace Collection, one of the most significant collections of European fine and decorative arts in the world, the experts being put to the test by Griff Rhys Jones are medieval art historian Dr Janina Ramirez, ceramics specialist historian Lars Tharp, art critic and historian Andrew Graham-Dixon, and historian and director of the Landmark Trust, Anna Keay. The two teams pit their knowledgeable wits against each other in a series of rounds informed by this extraordinary collection.

The National Maritime Museum
At Queen's House at the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, the experts being put to the test by Griff Rhys Jones are historian Professor Kate Williams, historian specialising in European and Chinese ceramics Lars Tharp, former first sea lord Admiral Lord West, and physicist and oceanographer Helen Czerski.

The Foundling Museum
At the Foundling Museum - home to an extraordinary collection of art and sculpture, often donated by the artists themselves to support Britain's first home for abandoned children - the experts being put to the test by Griff Rhys Jones are historian Professor Kate Williams, medieval art historian Dr Janina Ramirez, author and historian Dan Cruickshank, and cultural historian Dr Gus Casely-Hayford.

At the Museum of London - a collection which documents the history of London from prehistoric to modern times - the experts being put to the test by Griff Rhys Jones are historian Dr Suzannah Lipscomb, historian specialising in European and Chinese ceramics Lars Tharp, author and social historian Hallie Rubenhold and historian and presenter Dan Snow.

At the World Museum in Liverpool - which houses extensive collections covering archaeology, ethnology, natural and physical sciences - the experts being put to the test by Griff Rhys Jones are author and adventurer Benedict Allen, historian specialising in European and Chinese ceramics Lars Tharp, philosopher Professor Angie Hobbs, and art and cultural historian Dr Janina Ramirez.

At the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge - the art and antiquities museum of the University of Cambridge - the experts being put to the test are historian specialising in European and Chinese ceramics Lars Tharp, art and cultural historian Dr Janina Ramirez, art and architecture historian Dr Ayla Lepine and mathematician professor Marcus du Sautoy.

The National Museum
