Luis hosts a pizza party in the hopes of mending the Gorga and Giudice families. Meanwhile, Dolores comes to a crossroads in her relationship with David, and Jackie starts to question Dolores' loyalty provoking a rage in Dolores not seen before.

While Jackie goes to treatment for her eating disorder and receives life-threatening news, Dolores plots how to get back at her for questioning her loyalty. On the other hand, Melissa invites everyone down the shore, but new rumors about Teresa's boyfriend, Luis, threaten to ruin the entire trip.

Margaret pushes Teresa and Luis to explain the video while Jackie turns on Jennifer; an explosive argument between Melissa and Jennifer breaks out, leaving Teresa stuck in the middle.

Guys night out turns ugly when the men turn on Bill over Jennifer's antics. While he's away, Jennifer takes time and questions the future of her relationship. Meanwhile, new allegations surface about Luis.

Dolores discovers David's true feelings about her, while Margaret and Jennifer sit down to hash out their issues. On the other hand, Traci's well intentioned team building event turns toxic when Teresa unleashes her anger on the group.

As Dolores hosts a charity softball event, Gia gets involved in Margaret and Teresa's fight. And Jackie discovers a problem with Evan while Jennifer and Bill's marriage reaches a breaking point.

After 20 years, Teresa moves out of her home and Frank moves in with his kids. Dolores hosts a Nashville getaway. A fight between Teresa and Margaret leaves the group divided.

Joe Gorga plays a prank on Frank. The ladies record their own country song. A line-dancing party leads to another tense confrontation between Margaret and Teresa.

A bar bike crawl and hot chicken contest start off the group's last day in Nashville. Joe Gorga questions Luis' past and Margaret and Teresa face off.

As Dolores and Jennifer go head-to-head, Melissa's feelings over not being asked to be Teresa's bridesmaid creates an astonishing rift between the Gorga's and the Giudice's.

Margaret and Teresa face off while Jennifer reveals new information about the state of her marriage. On the other hand, Jackie sheds further light on her eating disorder. And, a heated exchange between Melissa, Margaret and Jennifer causes even Andy to lose his patience.
