In the first episode, 23-year-old Jordan, gynaecologist and obstetrician Avril, and legal representative Jacqui embark on a shift in the high-pressure restaurant, under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Josh Eggleton.

Episode 2
Under the watchful eye of Michelin-starred restaurateur Josh Eggleton, waiter Roger - who struggles with reading and writing - tries to pluck up the courage to take his first order. Meanwhile, former legal representative Jacqui is tasked with remembering the restaurant's greeting, but with dementia damaging her memory and her bad eyesight, it proves to be a huge challenge. As things heats up in the kitchen, an unexpected food critic is spotted at Table 3.

Restaurateur Josh Eggleton demonstrates the stark reality of dementia to Bristol mayor Marvin Rees. In the restaurant, the staff are left to fend for themselves...

With emotions running high, chef Josh Eggleton pushes the group harder with a new menu served off site. As the experiment concludes, a dementia expert reveals some exciting news.
