Mark and Beth

54-year-old Mark is a single father of an 8-year-old son whose wife died two years ago. Since then he has relied on his 79-year-old mother to help with cooking, cleaning and childcare. Mark spends very little time with his son and even when he does, he avoids discussing anything emotional. He wants to start dating again, but the sages make him realise that he needs to work on his relationship with his son and mother first. Will he listen to the voices beaming from the other side of the world? Beth has just finished her exams and is about to begin her first solo week as an A&E nurse, her dream job. She's terrified that people won't take her seriously and that she won't be able to cope under the pressure. Until now she has never been left on her own to treat patients, so if she doesn't prove herself by the end of the week, when she undergoes an evaluation by the head nurse, then she could be sent packing. Can she prove to her boss that she has what it takes?
