Episode 1
The fly-on-the-cage-wall documentary returns, with more stories about the animals of Chester Zoo. The keepers suspect Margery the Malayan tapier may be eating for two, while James Bond the macaw is put into quarantine to ensure he does not have the same disease that killed his partner, Miss Moneypenny. The tiny but mighty golden mantella frog family is in need of a breeding boost, with hopes resting on minuscule male Eddie, who needs to summon up all his stamina to successfully court his frog princess Fergie.

Episode 2
A couple of giant otters give birth to four pups after losing their first litter a few months ago. However, dad Tarubu need to step up and become more responsible - especially after leaving one of the little ones outside late at night. Red river hog Kya is being bullied by her triplet sisters. Losing weight and dangerously fragile, she will need to build up her strength and fight back if she is to survive. Keepers worry about batagur turtle Donatello, who is off his food and swimming at an odd angle.

Episode 3
Chester Zoo's alpha male lion is having a crisis of confidence. There's been a bloodbath among the vampire crabs. And affable Andean bear Bernie has been kicked out of the family paddock.

Episode 4
Newcomer Safi, a rare bongo antelope from the mountains of Kenya, is giving enthusiastic breeding partner Moti the runaround. Very soon the keepers realise why - it seems she may be about to give birth earlier than expected. Sunda gharial crocodiles Frank and Frankie need to have their blood tested - but taking a sample from one of the world's largest and most dangerous reptiles is easier said than done - and George the giant rat needs to have surgery after an X-ray pinpoints a huge lump of hard faeces in his stomach.

Episode 5
Chester's chimps have lacked a dominant female for several years. Vila seems ready for the role, until she is attacked by Alice, a higher-ranking female. Four-year-old Sumatran tiger Kasarna is living in the shadow of her domineering mum Kirana. But if she is ever to mature into a healthy breeding female, she needs to find some confidence and make her own mark.

Episode 6
Young Moellendorff rat snake Sen is about to face male Jakob on her first ever date. But with snakes often eating the other one for dinner, will he be hungry for love or just hungry? The keepers are concerned about the health of orangutan Sarikei and Rothschild's giraffe Dagmar - both of whom have youngsters to care for - an otter pup is struggling to eat and struggling to walk.

Colbert is best known for his work as a television host, writer, actor, and producer, and lest known for his charity work teaching English as a second language on Tunisian date farms. Before joining the CBS family -- and being officially adopted by network president Les Moonves -- Colbert helmed The Colbert Report, which aired nearly 1,500 episodes and required Stephen to wear nearly 1,500 different neckties. The program received two Peabody Awards, two Grammy Awards, and several unwelcome shoulder massages. It won two Emmys for Outstanding Variety Series in 2013 and 2014, both of which appear to have been lost in the move. Colbert is pronounced koʊlˈbɛər, according to Wikipedia. His understudy is William Cavanaugh, who will be hosting The Late Show approximately one-third of the time. Good luck, Bill!
