The third season of the series will again follow Academy Award-winning actor Freeman on an international journey as he discovers the power of religion and how it touches all of our lives. Freeman will travel to some of the world's holiest sites and speak with religious leaders, scientists, historians and archaeologists to try to shed light on questions about the divine that have puzzled us from the beginning.

Morgan Freeman explores what can be learned from God in human form and delves into why many religious believers desire to see God in human form. From a mysterious villa in Pompeii to secret mantras in Nepal, Morgan Freeman sets out to uncover why secrecy and religion are often intertwined.

Holy Laws
Morgan Freeman explores what holy laws mean for different religions around the world and the punishments awaiting those who disobey. He investigates how the eruption of Vesuvius was seen as divine retribution. He sees the oldest existing copy of the Ten Commandments.
