Episode 1
In the first episode, Caroline visits Kinder Scout in the Peak District and takes a boat trip on the Ramsey Sound off the Pembrokeshire Coast. She also visits the Yorkshire Dales, the Cairngorms and Dartmoor, then ends her journey with an inspirational walking group in The Lake District.

Episode 2
Caroline visits Buckfast Abbey in Dartmoor, picks up a souvenir from Honister Slate Mine, and explores Bannau Brycheiniog, The Yorkshire Dales and The Pembrokeshire Coast. The journey ends with a spot of stargazing at the Glenlivet Dark Sky Discovery Site in the Cairngorms.

Episode 3
The actress samples the parks' plants, produce and pastimes. In the Cairngorms, she handles birds of prey, before heading to the Peak District village of Bakewell, where she learns how its famous pudding is made. She passes through the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the New Forest, before concluding her tour with a spot of foraging and cooking in the Brecon Beacons.

Episode 4
Caroline journeys via land, sea and air from the Brecon Mountain Railway in Bannau Brycheiniog. Then it's off to the Cairngorms for a four-by-four tour through the beautiful isolation of the Rothiemurchus estate. She stops off on the Pembrokeshire Coast and in the New Forest and Dartmoor, before tackling three of the Lake District's highest peaks via helicopter.
