The Ultimate Fighter: Heavy Hitters (Team Whittaker vs Team Gastelum)
For the first-time ever, the biggest weight classes in the UFC for both the men's and women's divisions will compete together on The Ultimate Fighter. Eight male heavyweights and eight female featherweights will live and train together, all while battling it out for two UFC contracts. They'll be coached by TUF: The Smashes winner and current UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker and TUF 17 winner and top middleweight contender Kelvin Gastelum.

Comfortable with the Uncomfortable
A featherweight edges closer to switching teams; Kelvin invites his TUF 17 final opponent to join his coaching staff. Then, the third featherweight preliminary fight determines the next semifinalist.

In Hell's Kitchen, aspiring chefs are put through an intense culinary academy to prove they possess the right combination of ingredients to win a life-changing grand prize.

Guy's Grocery Games
In each episode of Guy's Grocery Games, four talented chefs compete in a number of challenges as they navigate their way through the aisles of a grocery store, adhering to "real-world" obstacles. Whether it is shopping on a budget, substituting out-of-stock ingredients or grabbing groceries at closing time, each chef has to shop, prepare, and plate three different dishes using whatever they can pull off the shelves. Ultimately, the food does the talking, as one-by-one the losing chefs "check out," by a rotating panel of judges that includes Melissa d'Arabian, Richard Blais, G. Garvin, Troy Johnson, Catherine McCord, Aarti Sequeira, among others. The last chef standing goes on a shopping spree of a lifetime worth up to $20,000!
