Transport fanatic Jason from Shrewsbury is autistic and finds new people and situations stressful. Paralympic hopeful Souleyman is a winner on the running track, but he describes being an athlete as lonely. The sprinter has been gradually losing his sight since birth and one day he will be completely blind. His search for love is a race against the clock. Vlogger and writer Charley, from Hastings, has cerebral palsy and is bisexual. Single for the last four years, Charley longs to find love with the right person, male or female.

Kaia, Rhys & Joshua
The dating hopefuls include Rhys, a 25-year-old autistic law graduate and James Bond fanatic from Swansea, and 22-year-old Joshua from Chichester, who is also autistic and can sometimes find social situations difficult. Twenty-two-year-old cooking enthusiast Kaia from Berkshire is profoundly deaf - can she win over the man of her dreams with her culinary skills?

Sam, Donovan & Katy
Movie fan Sam, who is autistic, looks for his leading lady. Katy, who has Tourette's, seeks a man who accepts her for who she is. And Donovan is looking to bag a second date.

Richard, Lizzie, Eddie & Sam
Over the last six years Richard, from Surrey, has been on several first dates and last year managed his first ever second date. Richard, who is autistic, gets anxious meeting women and doesn't want to travel more than five miles from his home. Now he has a new secret weapon to impress the ladies: he reveals that he is actually a Lord. So when Lord Richard meets Anna, who lives only just outside his five-mile radius, has he finally found a girlfriend? Postman Sam, from Surrey, has Asperger's, a form of autism, and he struggles to get beyond friendship with girls. But with his brother Harry - a fellow postie - on hand for dating advice, he's looking once more for a first class love match. Lizzie, from West Sussex, was determined to find true love before her 30th birthday. Lizzie's learning disability - where she struggles with reading and dealing with money - affects her confidence when dating. But she went on a blind date with Joseph and, for the first time, love blossomed.

Ray, Lily & George
Ray from North London is turning 54 and feeling the need for true love in his life. Ray, a charity worker, has a learning disability. With two serious relationships and many dates behind him, he feels it's now or never, so he's hoping a bespoke perfume will prove the winning cocktail to win over his new date Christine. The show also catches up with poet Shaine and Gemma, as they celebrate their first anniversary. Ghosthunter Lily, from Hampshire, has Williams syndrome, a rare genetic condition which can lead to learning disabilities. Lily is on the lookout for love again after a date that flopped last year. George, who once dreamed of being a professional footballer, until a car accident left him paralysed from the chest down, is five months into a relationship with Abi. But will the bashful duo reveal their true feelings for each other?
