7am: The US conducted another strike Thursday, this time in the Eastern Pacific. It came as lawmakers continued to address video they were shown Thursday of the controversial first strike of the campaign in September, which resulted in a so-called "double tap" strike that killed two shipwrecked survivors. Laura Barrón-López and Alexander Ward join The Weekend to discuss the fallout from the recent attacks.

8am: A federal grand jury dealt the DOJ a rare defeat this week when it failed to reindict New York Attorney General Letitia James. But a source tells MS NOW that the Justice Department could try to bring criminal charges of alleged mortgage fraud against James for a THIRD time. Plus, the DOJ is considering charging former FBI Director James Comey two weeks after the initial case was thrown out on the basis that Trump's interim US Attorney Lindsey Halligan was unlawfully appointed. Liz Oyer, former DOJ Pardon Attorney and Federal Public Defender, and Brendan Ballou, former Federal Prosecutor and former Lawyer with the DOJ National Security Division, join "The Weekend" to discuss.

9am: Shifting responses from Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth regarding the first missile strike against the alleged drug boats raise major questions about the legality and morality of the military operation. Democratic congresswoman Maggie Goodlander and Republican congressman Pete Sessions join "The Weekend" to discuss.
