The emergency suit was filed in the middle of the night by immigrant advocacy groups. We speak with one of the lawyers at the center of the lawsuit against the Trump administration.
On Wednesday, Congressmen Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie will hold a press conference with survivors of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell. Congressman Khanna today also said he and Massie are introducing a discharge petition forcing Attorney General Pam Bondi to release a broad range of Justice Department files on Epstein.
