Chocolatier Prudence Staite has a big challenge ahead, creating a full-blown chocolate replica of a much-loved vintage motorbike for the National Motorcycle Museum in Solihull, as it celebrates its 35th birthday.

A look at the history of rivalry between different brands of chocolate biscuits and a behind the scenes visit to a Norfolk factory that produces 35,000 walnut whips every hour. Plus, a look at how chocolate became a much-needed taste of home for soldiers serving in the First World War, the story of the world's tallest chocolate fountain, and a chocolatier who was challenged to create a sculpture of an ancient Roman god for a festival.

Emma and Mark Baravelli, chocolatiers from Conwy in North Wales, are given a challenging brief - to carve a life-size baby bison for Lord Newborough's 70th birthday - while there's also a trip to Eurochocolate, the biggest chocolate festival in the world.

Niecy Nash hosts the all-new version of the popular game show Don't Forget the Lyrics!, challenging contestants' musical memory, as they get one song closer to winning $1 million if they Don't Forget the Lyrics! Contestants will choose songs from different genres, decades and musical artists, then they'll take center stage to sing alongside the studio band as the lyrics are projected on screen - but suddenly the music will stop, and the words will disappear. Will the contestants belt out the correct missing lyrics, or freeze under pressure? If they sing nine songs correctly, they are presented with a No. 1 hit and sing the final missing lyrics for the top prize of $1 million. It's that simple: 10 songs, some missing lyrics, $1 million.

The Lioness Program, overseen by Kaitlyn Meade and Donald Westfield, enlists an aggressive Marine Raider named Cruz to operate undercover alongside Joe among the power brokers of State terrorism in the CIA's efforts to thwart the next 9/11.
The Pitt
The Pitt is a realistic examination of the challenges facing healthcare workers in today's America as seen through the lens of the frontline heroes working in a modern-day hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Each episode follows an hour of Dr. Robby's 15-hour shift as the chief attendant in Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Hospital's emergency room.
