Street artist Voyder creates a mural of Phillip and Holly in the studio that will be unveiled at the end of the show. Agony aunt Deidre Sanders offers advice to viewers on coping with anxiety. Alice Beer goes through some of the bad customer service horror stories she has been sent by viewers.
