The builders start putting the homes back together in Asheville; rough-ins begin; meteorologist Stephanie Abrams explains why the storm hit Asheville so hard.

Asheville: All Clear
Mark meets with a local mason to investigate the depth of damage caused to a chimney by fallen trees; siding starts to go up at Paula's; Kevin meets with Army Corp to discuss their continued relief efforts.

Asheville: Waterproof Work
In Swannanoa, Kevin helps Jim's brother waterproof a bathroom. In North Asheville, he joins father and son roofers. In East Asheville, he helps remove rot and replaces the damaged area of the deck.

Asheville: Out of the Mountains
Kevin helps in Swannanoa, Jenn checks in as FEMA clears damaged trees from a front yard, Mark tours an historic Inn, Richard joins building science experts who air-seal Paula's house.

Carolina Comeback: Community Carpenters
Kevin visits a North Carolina high school carpentry program that's helping the community. Meanwhile Tom helps homeowner Paula turn an antique chest into a bathroom vanity.

Carolina Comeback: Boulder Dash
In Asheville NC, Mauro helps Paula stain her front door. Jenn and the North Asheville landscaper make a new retaining wall and steps with boulders. Kevin learns a new way to install an interior door.

Needham: Needed in Needham
The team heads to Needham to meet Liz and Patrick in their 1896 Queen Anne, exploring plans for a new layout and rear addition. Jenn, Mark, and the homeowners' son kick off the project by removing and saving the old brick walkway.

Needham: Pouring It On
Kevin and Tom remove and save the kitchen cabinets for reuse. Up on the roof, Charlie and Mark tackle the chimney teardown. Later, Kevin meets with the architect to learn the homeowner's vision before checking in on foundation plans with Charlie.

Needham: Rocking Fountain
Kevin and Charlie work together to remove aluminum siding from the house. Kevin heads off site to hear about the company that will take the siding away to be recycled. Back at the house, Kevin, Charlie and Tommy install a new steel beam.

Needham: Getting Our Ducts in a Row
Richard meets with the HVAC subs who are here to re-duct the house to make the system more efficient. Charlie demos the third-floor ceiling to make room for new Episode Descriptions Season 47 insulation. Meanwhile, Tommy and Kevin install a double-hung window located in the dining room that looks onto the front porch.

Needham: Trim and Proper
Charlie visits a made-to-order window trim factory in Springfield, MA. Later, he and Tom install edge boards on the new deck. Kevin joins later to finish the tongue-and- groove decking. In the front yard, Jenn and Patrick discuss landscaping plans.

Needham: Foot Traffic
Jenn and Mark build a backyard brick patio. Meanwhile, Kevin visits a lumber business to see the homeowners new floors being made. Later, Kevin and Charlie work to weave in salvaged floor strips with the original flooring.

Needham: Going Through Customs
Kevin checks on heated bathroom floors, custom Cape Cod cabinetry, and revamped bookcase built-ins as the crew blends new upgrades with original details in a historic Needham home.

Needham: Everything Old is New Again
In Needham, Kevin O'Connor checks on a transformed Victorian with new floors, a reimagined dining room, and a 130-year-old China cabinet relocated into a new wall. Bold wallpaper and trim redefine the powder room, Heath Eastman fine-tunes primary bath lighting, ducts get a thorough post-reno cleaning, and Tom Silva restores the original front door in preparation for new mortise hardware.

Needham: Let it Snow
Kevin O'Connor and the team wrap up the Needham project on a snowy move-in day, unveiling a transformed turn-of-the-century home. An open kitchen and family space, new mudroom, expanded kids' rooms and baths, a reimagined primary suite, expanded basement, new attic HVAC, and refreshed landscaping and exterior all work together to create a low-maintenance, energy-smart home for a growing family.

Kevin demos a wall in the primary bedroom. Tom frames an exterior wall to tie old & new spaces together, Richard reviews shared plumbing for the ADU, while the electrician buries a new 400-amp service to feed both homes.

Vinyl siding goes up on the main house and ADU as Kevin reveals the ADU's framed layout. Richard reviews basement HVAC while a team upstairs installs a three-panel slider to connect indoor and outdoor living.
