In this episode Davina meets childhood sweethearts Fiona and David Eastwood both 38 from London who are hoping they will finally be able to have their longed for child via a surrogate. The pair have been together for nearly 25 years and have suffered years of failed IVF attempts. Will this be the year they finally get their wish?

In 2013 the pin to which her prosthetic was attached snapped and had to be removed which means Gemma has to rely on crutches. With a young son, Gemma is hoping to undergo surgery and rehab to allow her to walk unaided once again.

Fay Chambers 43 from Leicester is hoping to lose 10 stone and finally gain the confidence to get on a plane for the first time. The Paediatric Health Care Assistant has battled with her weight since childhood but with her honeymoon to Mexico looming Fay wants to overcome her fears and finally board a plane.
