With his windpipe almost completely closed, Lewis hasn't spoken for six years but has now decided it time to undergo surgery that will reopen his windpipe and allow him to talk again. Kathryn Mallery, 34 and Chris Chapman 37 from London are hoping to complete their family with the help of a surrogate. Diagnosed aged 7 with a rare disease that means she is at constant risks of tumours, Kathryn, whilst pregnant with her first child, developed a tumour causing her to go blind in one eye. Told that she could potentially lose her sight completely if she fell pregnant again, Kathryn and Chris are hoping a surrogate will help them finally be able to complete their family.
