Time for Trouble
Based on the story "Double Header" from The Eight Famous Engines.
The Fat Controller decides to give Gordon a rest and James takes over his work. Meanwhile, Toby goes to the works, but thanks to a neglectful signalman and a small water tank, he is left stranded on the Main Line. James is furious when he finds out that he has to push Toby and pull the Express to the works.
