Jack and Chrissy walk in on Janet while she is entertaining a date. The roommates decide to make some ground rules for using the apartment for dates.

Jack's modeling job requires him to pose nude.

Janet loses a promotion to a voluptuous candidate.

Jack throws a wild party when Chrissy and Janet go away for the weekend.

Jack and Janet learn Chrissy's beau is married.

Chrissy and Jack are home alone for one night.

Roper thinks he sold the roommates a classic car.

Chrissy asks Jack to cook a meal so she can impress a gourmet.

Jack defends Chrissy's honor when a man follows her home from a bar.

Mr. Roper is suspected of seeing another woman.

Janet runs into her high-school sweetheart, who isn't all she remembered him to be.

Jack's uncle comes to visit. Needing help with money, the uncle pays their rent, with what turns out to be a bad check.

Mrs. Roper takes a job to spite her husband.

The Ropers invite Jack and the girls to their Christmas party. Expecting it to be boring, Jack receives a phone call and accepts an invitation to another party. Now they must find a way to get out of the Ropers' place.

Jack helps Mr. Roper hide a coat which is a present for Mrs. Roper. Chrissy finds it and thinks it's for her.

Janet accuses Chrissy of stealing an executive away from her.

Jack and Chrissy spend a nightmarish evening subbing for Janet as baby sitters.

A new boyfriend leads Chrissy to try filmmaking.

Janet hires Jack to work in the flower shop.

Jack and the girls hope to keep the Ropers from raising the rent. A guy from Jack's past in the Navy shows up, but he's not exactly a friend.

A pregnant woman claims Jack is the father of her unborn child.

When Chrissy, Jack, and Janet are strong-armed to clean out the yard behind the Roper's apartment building, Chrissy discovers some flowers that she brings back to their apartment. When Mrs. Roper sees how pretty they are, she decides to pick some herself to use in her flower arrangements. However, when Larry tells Jack and Chrissy that one of the plants is cannabis, they are frantic to get Mrs. Roper before her arrangement gets judged at her class.

An unexpected visit from Chrissy's father, the minister, throws the kids into a panic. Jack decides to move out temporarily but Reverend Snow arrives before Jack can leave. Fumbling for an explanation, Janet blurts out that she and Jack are married.

The roommates take the Ropers' parakeet overnight.

A surprise birthday party for Jack is nearly spoiled when an old girlfriend turns up, ready to entice Jack back into her web.
