Franco and Vanni arrive in an Arab country, where an Italian acquaintance arranges an excellent transport job for them. They are tasked with delivering medicines and medical supplies across the Sahara. The shipment is destined for a nomadic tribe engaged in a war with another tribe. However, during the journey, they discover that they are not actually transporting medicine, but weapons.
