The princess endures cruel torture in the form of an amusement park trip, bubble wrap, and soup dumplings. Fortunately, a white knight in shining armor shows up to rescue her.

Torture Tortura is tested on her torture techniques, as she attempts to tantalize the terrifying Hell-Lord. Elsewhere, Ex experiences the excruciating ecstasy usually executed upon the princess.

Episode 5
The fearless princess must contend with the horror of roasted marshmallows, sweltering saunas, and haunted school buildings. Meanwhile, an old foe lies in wait to exact his revenge...

Episode 6
The Hell-Lord rewards Maomao-chan for her promotion. Meanwhile, the princess faces the horrors of gooey cheese, a routine physical, and the return of her loyal White Knight.

The princess faces a two-pronged assault from a pair of adorable kitties. Maomao-chan competes in the annual field day at her preschool as her family and friends cheer her on.

Episode 8
Youki and Inki take on the torturer promotion exam. Giant invites the princess out on a night stroll. And a new member of the Hellhorde shows up to teach the princess what real torture is!

Torture enjoys some downtime in her hotel room after a long day on a business trip. Maomao-chan bakes cookies for the very first time. The princess is tortured with tea and cake.

The Terror is an American anthology television series exploring historical speculative fiction based on true events.

The second season, subtitled Infamy, bears no relation to the book or first season and is mostly set in an American-run Japanese internment camp during World War II.
