Episodes

Episode 1
Three years ago, then-Kōnan Takaaki (Oku Tomoya), a student at K University, chanced upon Shikatani Monzane (Aoki Munetaka), real name Shimada Kiyoshi, before he made his debut as a writer. Three years later, after graduating from graduate school and joining a publishing company, Shikatani reunites with him for the first time in a long time. A novice editor, he visits a certain mansion with the deputy editor-in-chief, a cameraman, and students from W** University to cover a special feature for the occult magazine he oversees, titled "Challenging the Ghosts of the Clock House in Kamakura." The mansion is a strange mansion also known as the "Clock Tower," apparently one of the buildings designed by the famous "Nakamura Seiji." For three full days, Konan and his team hole up in the former Clock Tower building with the students to hold a full-scale "séance" featuring the up-and-coming female psychic, Komyoji Mikoto, as a medium.

Episode 2
Having heard about the Clock Tower from Konan, Shikatani decided to visit the building to get a glimpse of the strange building designed by the famous Nakamura Seiji. He happened to bump into another student, Fukunishi Ryota, who arrived late, and they visited the Clock Tower together. Konan and the research team held a séance inside the old building as planned, but the next day, one of the members suddenly disappeared. There were what appeared to be bloodstains on the carpet in the room, and the door key had been taken away. That night, with the building closed, a masked figure attacked the participants.

Episode 3
"I want you to investigate the meaning of the poem 'Goddess of Silence' left behind by the owner of the Clock Tower," is the request that Shikatani and Fukunishi make to visit the Clock Tower again. The two are shown around the interior of the clock tower and several rooms in the new building, and are led to the study that was meant to be used by the previous owner. They hear about the unfortunate events that occurred in the house in the past. Meanwhile, in the old building, one of the participants is killed by an unknown assailant. Entrance is blocked by a sturdy door, and Jiangnan and the others are still trapped inside the old building, which has become a closed room. Then, the masked figure approaches them again.

Episode 4
Pursuing the mystery of the poem by the "Goddess of Silence," the pair head to Gokurakuji Temple to meet with the few people who had contact with the previous owner, hoping to find some clues. Although they don't get a proper answer, it appears that the Clock Tower was built after being commissioned to design by Nakamura Seiji, who was a close friend of the previous owner at the time. Shikatani and Fukunishi return to the Clock Tower to hear more about the building and clock tower in the backyard. Meanwhile, inside the old building, another participant is killed by an unknown assailant. The remaining members become suspicious and suspect that the culprit may be among them.

Episode 5
Konan and the others saw a figure that looked like the culprit inside the old building, but the figure vanished somewhere. As his consciousness became hazy, Konan thought to himself, "Let's just take stock of what has happened so far." He began to review the events that had occurred, relying on the notebook he had taken notes in for the interview. Furthermore, another participant was desperately trying to remember something about a "certain incident from the past." After returning to the Clock Tower, Shikatani and Fukunishi continued to search for clues, believing that "if it's a building designed by Nakamura Seiji, there must be some kind of 'trick' behind it."

Episode 6
Together with the remaining members, Konan tries to face the mystery of what is happening inside the old building. As he recalls the tragedy that occurred at the Decagonal House, Konan, like Shikatani, comes to the conclusion that "if it's a building designed by Nakamura Seiji, surely there must be some kind of hidden trick?" and he desperately searches for clues. However, the situation continues unabated, and finally... Fukunishi, who was working with Shikatani, also tries to find answers to the "past events" by relying on fragments of his own memory.
